All materials submitted to FENBC will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee in the first place. At this stage, if the quality of the manuscript is not high enough or has nothing to do with the meeting, the manuscript can be rejected without peer review. A fast rejection process means that authors can make decisions quickly without waiting for the review process. Manuscripts not immediately rejected will be sent to 2-3 independent reviewers for peer review. Based on the feedback of the reviewers and the judgment of the organizing committee, the decision on the manuscript will be made.
All submissions must be original, unpublished, and not submitted concurrently for publication elsewhere. All accepted papers of FENBC conference will be published by DRP "Highlights in Science, Engineering and Technology" ISSN: 2791-0210, and all papers will be submitted to Crossref, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, ResearchGate, Scilit and CPCI for indexing.
Highlights in Science, Engineering and Technology is an open access, peer-reviewed publication series published by Darcy & Roy Press. It aims to publish conference proceedings dealing with all areas of science, engineering and technology. Highlights in Science, Engineering and Technology publishes articles in English ONLY. Proceedings are published under the scientific responsibility of the conference editors.
Highlights in Science, Engineering and Technology offers a wide range of services from the organization of the submission of conference proceedings to the worldwide dissemination of the conference papers. All proceedings in this series are open access, the articles published in them are immediately and permanently free to read, download, copy & distribute. Each volume is published under the CC BY-NC 4.0 user license which defines the permitted 3rd-party reuse of its articles. The online publication of each proceedings is sponsored by the conference organizers and hence no additional publication fees are required.
